Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What message are you getting when you try to upload on boards? Just upload to wthax.org or one of the others and link it here using the tag. e.g This..ImageOfTheWeekSmall.jpg

Gives me the below result...

ImageOfTheWeekSmall.jpg

Boards.ie isn't the best place to try upload large photo files.

Try a site like flickr.com etc, and use the codes Ruu posted above :)

I think I managed to upload quite successfully here in the past.
Use Irfanview or the Microsoft Powertoy Resize tool to make a small file of your photo. Save to Desktop and then use the upload facility in the bar over the box where you print your message.

If your are using a browser that block Scripts that may be the problem.
You have to hit the "Temporarily Allow Boards.ie" instruction.

I find Flickr the easiest, but then you are faced with uploading two files here.

The first is the link to the image itself, the second to the page in Flick where it is found. This is mandatory, and I wish they would change it.

Personally I find Pix.ie the easiest way to interface here.

No hassles to upload and the link is written ready to cut & paste.
